Volunteer Teams & Duties

 

Athlete Check-In

• Assist with setting up the check-in station

• Help with early morning check-in

• Answer general athlete questions on race morning

 

Finish Line & Expo Setup

• Set up finish chute and expo canopies

• Place race day flags, signage, and course maps

 

Expo & Finish Line Support

• Hand out medals and post-race water

• Direct athlete traffic

• Assist timing company if needed

 

Water Station Teams

• Set up water tables with water and Gatorade

• Cheer on runners as they rub by or stop to fill up their cups

• Clean up the station after the last runner passes
